<Story>

A dragon that lives at the edge of the western sea suddenly appears in the human world. And as if in response, crops wither and livestock die all over the place. The balance of the world is collapsing. Searching for the source of the disaster, Ged meets Prince Allen, who abandoned his country, during his journey. The boy, who has darkness in his heart, is being chased by an unknown "shadow". The two arrive at the capital city of Hort Town. There, human trafficking is taking place, drugs are rampant, and the only things being sold are counterfeit goods. On the surface, the town is cheerful and noisy, but the faces passing by have lost their sense of reality. Wandering the town, Allen rescues a mysterious girl, Theru, from the hands of human hunters, but she rejects the boy.

--Behind the disaster that threatens the world is a man called Kumo. The man, who fears "death" more than anyone else, is a great wizard who once fought Ged and was defeated.
