Born December 7, 1994 in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture.
He has been active in numerous competitions since his novice days. She won the World Junior Championships. After her senior debut, she stepped up smoothly. She was also affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake. In her 12 years she won a bronze medal at the World Championships. In the same year she won her first victory at the All Japan Championships. In 2014 she won a gold medal at the Sochi Olympics. Four years later she won the gold medal at the Pyeongchang Olympics, her first consecutive victory in 66 years. |
